From here you can
change the prices of rental of individual rooms
per year, and also change prices for all rooms
by a percentage across the board. Select the room
first from the list below.

From here you can remove items from the Additional
Cost List (e.g. for use in the meeting rooms)
Type in a new item
with cost price and unit value (e.g. Paper per
1000 sheets) and the group for it to appear in
(e.g. Equipment, Refreshments)
From here you can remove Questions from the
FAQ page.
Type
in a new question and its answer below.
Tip: to decorate text better in the question
and answer use the markup codes below. All questions
appear in the FAQ section in bold automatically.
If you are unsure about using markup codes then
leave them out. The FAQ section is clear to
read for the tenants.
To Bold
text, use <b> to switch on and </b>
to switch off.
To Underline text, use <u> to switch
on and </u> to switch off.
To Italic text, use <em> to switch
on and </em> to switch off.
To start text on a new line, use <br>. To
leave a one line gap, use it twice i.e. <br><br>.
From here you
can remove meeting room bookings from the list
below. None of the tenants can see who is booked
into the rooms at certain times, it is just
for your administration purposes.
Use the calendar
below for a new Meeting Room booking by clicking
on the date. Then fill in the other details. Click
'Verify Details/Check Availability' button to
confirm booking can be made.
From here you
can remove staff members from the directory.
Select from the list, click the 'Remove Staff...'
button and confirm you wish to do this. The
details will also go into the boxes below so
you can edit them. To start a new record, Click
the 'Start New Record' button.
Select
company from list for new record
Fill in information
about the Staff Member below. The Photo and
Staff Information details are optional. Pick
a photo from the list to assign it to the staff
member. Do not delete the files from the photo
storage space. If the staff member does not
have a personal extension, use the main company
one.
